What kind of person could look at one and think, "Damn, I just GOT to club and skin that cute little booger"? We should wait for all the seal-hunting people register themselves, but instead of giving them permits, we could cart them off to an appropriate facility of some kind and treat them for being SOCIOPATHIC.
